Rob Harwood
Founder & Director
Rob Harwood is the Founder and Director of ADMA. He brings more than 25 years of experience across financial modelling, advisory, valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to establishing ADMA, Rob served as M&A Director for a leading Melbourne-based dental aggregator, where he led transactions involving the acquisition and consolidation of dental practices across Australia.
Rob’s experience is further strengthened by his own background as a dental practitioner and practice owner. Having owned and operated private dental practices, he understands firsthand the operational, financial, and personal considerations involved in building and transitioning a practice. Through ADMA, Rob works closely with dental practice owners to recognise the value they have created and develop practical strategies to protect and realise that value. His focus is on delivering structured, well-managed transactions while ensuring the long-term interests of practice owners remain central to the process.
